Scope of Work
The Challenge
RBA teamed with Frye Properties to develop the design for the initial mixed-use building in this planned community. Truly designed as a live-work building, each of the 3 workspaces is connected to a living area above. Going on 20 years, this concept was unheard of at the time. The building anchors one of the court areas and was highlighted during multiple Homearamas on the site.
