East Beach Townhomes

One of the challenges to this project was how to tie these townhomes into the fabric of the single-family homes in East Beach. Using our prior design experience in the community, RBA developed 3 very distinct buildings that shared the detailing of the adjacent single-family homes. Using green parks as vistas and access to the beach, these homes were all sold prior to construction beginning. Turning the homes 90 degrees to the bay allowed the units in all of the buildings, to enjoy sweeping vistas of the bay and bridge beyond.
