Scope of Work
The Challenge
This client desired a very modern aesthetic for their home. Using the maximum height requirement as a guide, RBA designed the 3-story home with all the everyday living spaces situated at the rear, directly on the Chesapeake Bay. Using a Northern California modern vernacular, the home is unique in the use of glass corners and expansive views from all of the living spaces.
