Oasis Apartment Homes Clubhouse

This site is situated between 2 existing apartment buildings. Accessing the site and developing it from the ground up would affect all of the nearby residents. By locating the buildings on opposite ends of the site, we allowed the building to have the least impact on the site during construction. Using a mid-century modern design aesthetic, the clubhouse and amenity area are very successful, and the complex has been 100% leased since the project was completed.
