But what if you’re not sure what you’re looking for or you can’t find “exactly” what you want in our portfolio of designs? To answer the first part of that question, you can use the “Quick Search” option on our website’s homepage to include the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, garage bays, and even minimum to maximum square footage. The search feature will find plans that meet your criteria so you can browse designs that only fit your primary requirements.
To answer the second part of the question above, if you can’t find “exactly” what you’re looking for, we can work with you to modify any plans that provide you the perfect plan. Many of the plans already give you the option to choose a foundation—crawlspace versus a raised concrete slab option—but we can also work with you to make other plan changes.
If you’re talking about small tweaks that the builder can make on the fly in the field, there generally won’t even be an additional customization fee. However, if you want to move a wall or something that will affect other aspects of the home, there would be a small fee to make the revision.
