Scope of Work
The Challenge
This project is located in a unique cultural district and was required to be reviewed by the Architectural Review Board. We had an initial meeting with the board and discussed the appropriateness of the initial design concepts. RBA then developed a modified concept that satisfied the Developer’s needs while attaining the architectural quality that the Board recommended. We were approved unanimously at the follow-up meeting. RBA then developed construction drawings to create the first 4 story townhome project in that particular district. Using drones and other technical equipment, RBA developed a final design that achieved success.
