The Challenge
Situated in The East Beach Norfolk Neighborhood, this home was purposely designed to represent how a small house can fit today's family. Using a separate garage building as a focal point and gathering space, the living areas are extended to the outside to enjoy the views of the marina across the street. RBA used large expanses of windows and glass doors to create the feel of a large home in a small footprint.
