Fairfield Shopping Center Outparcel

The building is configured to accommodate 4 tenants. RBA designed the exterior of the building to complement the existing shopping center, but with a more contemporary aesthetic which includes ornamental wood-look fins, column supported canopies, and contemporary light fixtures. The largest tenant space was coordinated to accommodate a planned restaurant tenant and includes an outdoor seating area under the main building canopy.
