RBA was tasked with designing a modern Prairie-style home in a traditional neighborhood, aiming for a thoughtful blend of contemporary features and contextual harmony.

Scope of Work
The Challenge
To ensure the home fit seamlessly within its traditional neighborhood context, we carefully scaled the massing to align with adjacent residences and selected a complementary color palette.
Positioned between two traditional homes, the design incorporates subtle architectural references from the surrounding area, allowing it to harmonize with the existing streetscape while maintaining a distinct Prairie-style identity.
