Retreat at Kemps River

This site was long and rectilinear and could only have one entry to the main feeder road. RBA worked with the developer and the city Fire Department to develop a design that complied with the new fire protection requirements. Using a design RBA had previously developed in Suffolk, VA; we created a master-planned community with attractive site amenities and a utilized clubhouse.
