Riverview at the Preserve

This unique site, situated on a river in Chesapeake, Virginia, was challenging because we were extending an existing neighborhood to the edge of the water. Using design cues from the previous TND neighborhood, our team developed a site plan that took advantage of the views of the water and created moments of opportunity for all residents to enjoy what the river has to offer. We created a separate waterside pavilion that extends into the water and includes space for meetings, fishing, and temporary mooring of water vehicles.
