RBA in partnership with Venture Realty were awarded the project at Tech Center in Newport News, Virginia. The scope included 4 different buildings including a separate clubhouse facility.

The Challenge
The site for this project included vast wetlands and so our buildable area was limited. Using the proportions of the site, we developed the concept of 3 different apartments buildings spread out linearly along the main access road. The clubhouse and outdoor amenity space was then centrally located for easy access by all residents. The design is state of the art and reflects the technology being studied across the street at Jefferson Labs. Equipped with cutting edge technology set in a unique modern design layout, Venture is the cornerstone of the resurgence of the City of Newport News creating a new high-tech corridor.
