Beach Place Apartments

The site is only ¾ of an acre and has additional setbacks in as a corner lot. The RBA Design Team developed a unique 4 story design that provides sufficient parking for the building on site while creating a project that embraces the coastal design style of the resort district. The building was the first of 2 similar buildings that are now across from each other. RBA’s rendering capabilities were instrumental in obtaining approvals from various city departments.
