Marathon Development requested RBA to design a new marina and restaurant to replace an aging marina building.

Scope of Work
The Challenge
The Marina is nestled along the water’s edge. We designed a structural system that included wooden piles to support the building. A new bulkhead and dock was added to provide access to the marina. The design of the building follows East Beach’s design guidelines and is designed in a modern coastal vernacular. The building has been very successful and the restaurant has a consistent 1 hour wait.
