The developer desired to have a mixed-use building that would have apartments over a grocery store. RBA developed a design that provides the flexibility for various types of retail to be housed on the ground floor while having clean, modern apartments on the upper floors. Utilizing The East Beach Design Guidelines, RBA developed a building with a traditional coastal aesthetic while including modern elements. Standing tall at the entry to East Beach, our building is the first visitors will encompass.
