The challenge of creating an energy-efficient, thoughtfully designed building was challenging from many aspects. The budget required RBA to thin out of the box yet use standard components. The desire to be energy efficient led us to create opportunities to capture sunlight throughout the day. Finally, the massing of the building allows our team to deconstruct the corner entry and create a strong visual cue of the interior of the building.
