Residences at Redgate

This site, located on a main artery connecting downtown Norfolk and the world’s largest naval base, needed to be designed to reflect the historic design guidelines of the area while providing soundproof construction to weed out the traffic. RBA worked with the local architectural groups, City Planning, and City Council to develop a design that embraces the historic design guidelines while providing a comfortable respite from the traffic beyond the site.
