The developer desired to create one complex that spanned over a utility easement and provided high-quality housing in Richmond, VA.

Scope of Work
The Challenge
This site has a utility easement that divided the site into 2 different areas. The design team worked with the utility company to develop an underground parking facility that spanned across the easement. We then developed a dual tower design that allowed for the easement above ground to be used as necessary. The architectural design uses an Exterior Insulated Finish System that will provide a clean contemporary appearance and comply with the newest energy design codes.
